The rooms were large & clean & have been modenised, so that made the hotel easy to choose. The hotel has great views of the coast & is located in an ideal spot. Parking can be an issue on site (with limited availability) but paid parking is close by, so don't be discouraged. Hotel is recommended.
Too loud, dirty, filthy
The lovely views over looking the sea.
The Hotel is well placed to everything, our bed in the 'premium' room was very comfortable and considering newquay being newquay it was very quiet. View from the windows are awesome and seeing that waking up is a sight i miss.
Considering the boiler negligence in the past year or two the varience of smell in each section of the rabbit run of corridors was a tad disconcerting and resulted in us having the window open just in case as with the heating still being on full blast it does leave concerns. Also (a mere practical matter) filling up the kettle from the bathroom sink is neigh on impossible so a 1.5l bottle of water left by the kettle would have been handy.
I could not fault the hotel for the price i paid
Thr friendliness of the staff - They were all very keen to make our stay memorable and nice.
warm comfortable room with a lovely view of the sea. Bed was very clean, crisp & comfortable
Bathroom a bit small
fantastic value clean room great location and helpful staff
It is very clean and does not have smell of damp :) Included is the shower gel that helps with dry skin in this dry weather.
Steam restaurant was very handy and very enjoyable views
it is clear that the hotel has had its time and needs a lot of work to become value for money
Value for money.
Food was ordered at the bar etc. It would have been welcomed if there had been the option of a restaurant with waitresses to take the order at the table, table clothes etc. We were in rooms scheduled for upgrading but they were fair condition and good value for money.
Great view overlooking beach. Also liked you could pay as you wanted to for breakfast ect.
The first room offered overlooking bins
,Loved all apart from football volume on tv
